This beautiful chimney attachment from ATH fits on all common tobacco heads. 

The function is simple as well as ingenious. About 3 pieces of natural charcoal are placed on the fine-mesh sieve. This heats the tobacco lying in the pot.
The excess heat can escape through the attached pipe. This creates an intended circulation of heat.
