How to verify your age and identity?
As you know, we all love smoking hookahs, however, in compliance with FDA laws and regulations we need to take extra care in our order fulfillment process to make sure that all customers are the legal age: 21 or older to purchase tobacco in their respective location.
Since most of you can't just come on down to the store and show us your ID and pick your order up in person we are going to have to go about this a different way, so we will provide you with an easy way to verify yourself.
The easiest way for us to take care of this is for you to send us a picture, like the one above with a government issued ID, like your driver's license.
Alternatively, if you work in the military, simply email us from your military issued email and we will verify you.
Make sure the image shows both your face and the card clearly, it is also worth sending an additional picture of your ID alone so that I can verify the information much faster and get your order on the way.
Once you have taken this picture simply email it to sobehookah@gmail.com along with your order number!
