If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Eligibility

• Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos of the issue.
• Unopened items in original packaging: full refund within 30 days.
• Opened tobacco products cannot be refunded (Florida law).

Catering & Rental Deposits

Event deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event. Within 7 days, deposits convert to store credit.
